Create a request

If you DON'T have an SNS account, click "Submit a request"
If you DO have an SNS account, click "Sign in", then the red button "Sign in with Google" and insert your own SNS credentials

Then fill the web form, specifying topic and problem description

Ticket viewing

In order to access your own tickets, please login with your SNS credentials, then click on the upper right botton with your name and select "My activities".
